Get started as a host

  1. Get Pryzmr from the App Store.
  2. Sign in with your Plex, Jellyfin or Emby account.
  3. Start your free month of Pryzmr Pro.
  4. Open Streams to see who's watching right now.

Bring your members in

  1. Send your members the App Store link.
  2. They sign in with the same account they use for your server.
  3. They land in the free member app — no setup on your end.

Handle an account-sharing alert

  1. Tap the alert, or open Security.
  2. Compare both streams — device, location and time.
  3. Approve it, keep it on the watchlist, or ban the location or device.

Give someone temporary access

  1. Open the member in Pryzmr.
  2. Set how long their access should last.
  3. That's it — access ends on its own.

Connect Seer

  1. Open Requests.
  2. Connect your Seer server.
  3. Approve from Pryzmr — members get a ping when it's ready.

Request something to watch

  1. Search in Browse.
  2. Check for “On server” — it may already be there.
  3. Pick your seasons and send the request.
  4. You'll get a notification when it's ready.
